Melt In Your Mouth Pumpkin Cookies - 2C soft butter|2C sugar|2t baking powder|2t baking soda|1t salt|1t cinnamon|1t nutmeg|2eggs|2t vanilla|15oz can pumpkin|4C flour||Cream Cheese Frosting: 1/2C slightly soft butter|8oz soft cream cheese|1lb powder sugar (about 3 3/4C)|1t vanilla|cinnamon sprinkled on top - Beat butter med speed until light & fluffy. Add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg. Add eggs & vanilla; beat until combined. Beat in pumpkin. Add flour slowly until combined. Dough will be very wet. Drop dough by tablespoon onto parchment lined sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until tops are set.||Frosting: Beat all ingredients until soft & whipped. I used 6 whole cups of barely-blanched broccoli, but you can get away with less. Spray a 9x12" casserole dish with non-stick spray and layer the broccoli and then the ham. Then put grated low-fat mozzarella and green onions over that. Season to taste with Spike Seasoning and fresh-ground black pepper. Beat the eggs and pour them over the other ingredients. Then use a fork to "stir" just until all the ingredients are coated with egg. Bake at 375F/190C for 35-45 minutes (depending on which version you choose and how done you like it. Serve hot. This can be kept in the fridge for at least a week and reheated in the microwave. (Makes 8 servings; recipe created by Kalyn.) This dip is also known as hissy fit dip. 8 oz cream cheese 2. 16 oz. sour cream 3. 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed in small chunks 4. 1 pound Italian sausage, cooked, rinsed and drained. 5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 6. 1/4 green onion, finely chopped 7. 1/4 teaspoon curry powder 8. 1 teaspoon onion powder 9. Dash of garlic salt 10. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 3. Once mixed well, transfer to baking dish and bake for 60 minutes. Hints: Best to serve with crackers, chips or veggies too!
