Jalapeno Popper Chicken. This chicken combines the great things about poppers and puts them into a much lighter and less guilty chicken dish. Chicken breasts are stuffed with a cheesy jalapeño mixture and then rolled in crispy panko and baked, not fried!

Jalapeno popper dip-- This is SO good! Always a hit at any party. (Easy to make low-carb by leaving off the panko topping.) Typically eaten with tortilla chips, it is also good as a veggie dip, steak or burger topping, etc. It would make a delicious omelet filling, too.

Jalapeno Popper Dip. Loved making this during football season last year

Jalapeno Popper Dip - great appetizer! Made it and loved it!! I even used 1/2 low fat cream cheese and a mix our sour cream and Greek yogurt instead of mayo! Yum! Use ritz, not townhouse.

Jalapeno Popper Dip-bought the ingredients for this today, making it tomorrow minus the bacon extra jalapenos.

Jalapeno Popper Chicken Sliders from Christy {The Girl Who Ate Everything} - I was looking for something easy for dinner, and these were my answer!! Delicious! I almost skipped the step with the panko on the buns, because I was feeling really lazy, but I'm glad that I didn't because they added lotsof texture and crunch. Loved it!! I would make these again in a heartbeat!
