Made this for New Year's Eve. Although it was delicious and not overly sweet, your cake will not be that pink unless you use food dye. I used 1/2 a cup of cranberry puree and it still turned white. Frosting is to die for.

The cake I will pass on but the frosting looks delicious! Hibiscus Cream can't wait for the warm weather to make this one.
