Healthy Breakfast Cookies. 1.5 cups uncooked oatmeal, 2 ripe bananas mashed, 1 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/3 cup dried cranberries, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon. Cook 20-30 minutes on 350 degrees.

Sherry Favorite <3 - Healthy Oatmeal Cookie Muffins "E"  - - -  I used a combination of rolled oats (that I grind into flour in my blender), and some oat fiber because I didn't have any spelt flour, as called for in the recipe.  Wow!  - - - Next time I thinking to make with mashed sweet potato or pumpkin in place if the banana. And add extra cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
