Healthy ice cream: Guilt-Free “Ice Cream”! No sugar. No dairy. This recipe really only requires: 3-4 bananas, sliced and frozen (slice before freezing) A spoonful of peanut butter 2-3 tsp. cocoa powder
Mix Greek yogurt and cinnamon together. Cut off an end off from each peeled banana, then insert the popsicle sticks. Coat the bananas in the yogurt mixture, then roll in crushed almonds. Lay the bananas on the parchment paper and freeze for 45-55 minutes. The bananas will be creamy and firm, but not completely frozen.
