The best part is that it’s a very easy smoothie to make. In fact, it’s a 2-minute fruit smoothie. Because mama doesn’t have time for a 100-step smoothie. Mama makes her feel energized, healthy, and good for me. For this particular smoothie, I use a frozen “mixed fruit” assortment of sliced peaches, seedless red grapes, pineapple chunks, and strawberries. BUT you can do any frozen fruit combo (mixed berries, strawberry banana, you like, which is the beauty of this recipe!
