Classroom B-day idea. or just a great community builder mid-year. This is seriously one of the sweetest ideas. If there is no smartboard in your room maybe you could do it with large bulletin board paper. Then they could keep the kind words.
I like the idea of giving students candy treats with cute notes for test days. This helps give them some energy power to do their test, and helps students with test taking anxiety. The positive notes starts the test day off on a good foot.
Community Builder: The End of the Day Jar has 24 questions to ask students to get them talking about their school day. This helps build community in the classroom. You can call on students to answer the questions or have them talk with a buddy.

This might seem elementary.but I love the quiet spray idea! Very cool teacher ideas on this site. Quiet spray has nothing in the bottle but air. This may be the smartest classroom management tool I have ever seen.
