Bread and Jam for Frances. I read this book to rags and was especially moved because my favorite food was spaghetti (she starts crying because she wants spaghetti too instead of her self-imposed bread and jam diet). It spoke to me ;)

These books! They do bring me down the memory lane. :D Now.. to find out what happened to my own collection... Hm.

Amelia Bedelia, I thought these books were funny but yet wondered why she couldn't just get it right!

I did not remember this book until someone gave it to my daughter. Then the memory came back instantly! Grover is so funny :)

Smelly Stickers. This is sheer awesomeness here. #80's You would bring your albums full of stickers to school and trade with friends. Hopefully they would still stick after you removed them from the old photo album pages. So great.

Golden Books. Love these books, especially the Saggy Baggy Elephant. Is it strange that I used to chew on the edges?... probably.

Loved Beverly Cleary books! One of the all time greatest books I read when I was little.

The Little Red Hen - when I was three or four years old, I had begged for someone to read this book to me so many times that I had memorized the whole book. I would "read" it to anyone who would listen - over and over again, until I actually believed that I was reading the book. It was my #1 favorite.

Loved this book! I think that my 3rd grade teacher read this to the class!
