Gluten Free Tacos - Brown your ground beef and drain completely - then add refried beans, old el paso taco seasoning and about half a can of tomato sauce. Mix together and scoop into corn taco shells, (stand them up in a casserole dish). Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake at 375 for 10 minutes!!!!!!
Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in the ground beef, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes) Garnish with sour cream...and chives...and salsa...uhh yum!
Healthy crockpot meal! Chicken, brown rice, black beans, corn, cheese, and I added 2 servings of homemade taco seasoning - delicious! Would call it "chicken tortilla rice"; might try franks red hot next time and top with avocado
