Injera – Ethiopian Sourdough Flatbread: 4/22/12 - I made this today for an Ethiopian dinner I prepared. I'd describe these as a type of flat bread that is moist and earthy tasting. Very good! I did have to learn how to adjust the heat on the burner and how much oil (coconut is what I used).
