Ruler Clip-Art Rail You probably have several rulers and yardsticks in your kid's school supplies stash. Get use out of some of them by gluing colorful clothespins to them and hanging them on the wall. You can use the clothespins to hang your kid's art projects and good grades.

Another quick-change art display idea- use for all kinds of paper displays. Save old yardsticks!

Revamping a yardstick into a clip-projects rail. Add colorful extra-large clothespins to a yardstick and attach. Each pin will be easy to clip up your different project memos. • Important: screw the yard stick to the clothespins with short screws (measure your clothespins and yardstick, Ana White used 1/2" screws; then just screw the whole thing to the wall (to a stud in the wall, but you could also use drywall anchors.).
