    Cauliflower Crust Pizza Gluten Free! WOW, this pizza is fantastic and if I never eat a real pizza crust again, I won’t even miss it. This cauliflower crust is firm, with great flavor, you can cut it like a regular pizza and pick up the slices and eat them with your hands. This recipe is just downright fabulous and everyone, kids and adults, who have tried a slice have loved it and couldn’t figure out the secret of the crust.

Cauliflower Pizza: We had this for dinner tonight! It was great! Everyone was very happy about the taste and texture. I had such low expectations, but really can't rave enough. A couple tips though, make sure the cauliflower is very dry before making the "cauli rice", then ring out even more water after, and be sure to spread the crust thin.

No "Crust" Pizza Crust...GOOD... Mix 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, 2 eggs 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder,1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, pour into greased 9×13 pan. Bake 350 for 15-20 min. Allow crust to cool for 10 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup pizza sauce 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, any other toppings like pepperoni... Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Cauliflower Pizza Crusts (or bake just for cutting into pieces in order to eat low carb dips - would be an excellent replacement for bread!)
