Chile Con Queso Recipe Ingredients: - 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained - 1/2 cup diced Anaheim chilies - 1/2 cup light ale beer - 1 3/4 cups reduced fat shredded sharp Cheddar - 1 1/4 cups skim milk - 1 large onion, chopped - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 3 tbsp cornstarch - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped - 1/4 cup sliced green onions - 2 tsp lime juice - 1 tsp salt - 1/8 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp ground cumin - 1 tsp chili powder
Bacon Mashed Potatoes. Let me tell you, these were EXECELLENT. I used two regular baking potatoes('cause that is what I had). Make sure that it is very well drained before you mash. I will be making this again. Oh, and you really can't tell that there was cauliflower in it!
