For city folks and cold-climate dwellers that want a taste of the outdoors — meet the PicNYC table, an agri-industrial design concept by Dutch architect Haiko Cornelissen (by way of New York City). With this novel idea, it's acceptable and even encouraged to spill a glass of water on the table!

Grass Tabletop for Indoor Picnics. Would also be cool on a patio or where you can't have grass. "Unveiled by Haiko Cornelissen Architecten, the picNYC table brings the rural experience of picnicking into the residence. Coming with life grass table top, the picNYC table also features folded lightweight aluminum table top and legs form a stiff framework for the grass, soil and stones (needed for drainage)."

a hanging table- on pulleys so it can tuck away after the meal..hmmm.....

1.) Put a used Mayonnaise bottle lid on the bottom surface of the table with a screw. 2.) Drill a hole in table and lid. 3.) Fill water on the bottle. 4.) Screw bottle. Boom!
