Apple Pie Caramel Apples. I tried these and although I made a huge mess out of my kitchen in the process, they were delicious!! They tasted like the ones from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. But in the recipe she said to use white chocolate...WRONG...I used white almond bark. You could also probably use the vanilla candy melts they sell in the cake decorating section of A.C.Moore, etc.

Delicious {melt in your mouth} homemade caramels...these would make a wonderful gift. Click for #recipe.

Homemade Caramel Apples - oh yeah...no junk in these! I have to have caramel apples in the fall....mmmmm.

-----{Homemade caramel sauce} -----dip ever.1 1/2 cups sugar 1/3 cup water 1 1/4 cups heavy cream (used 2 cups by accident, oops.) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 vanilla bean, sliced and seeded 1 teaspoon sea salt

Apple Pie Caramel Apple - These are the BEST caramel applies. I LOVE the white chocolate over the caramel and the cinnamon sugar is the perfect finishing touch!!! I love using a pink lady apple or a honeycrisp - their juicy crunch with just a little tartness is perfect!

Boiled can of sweetened condensed milk turned to caramel...yum! Saw this on the Cooking Channel. Great Dipping sauce for apples!
