Sweet Baby Rays Crock Pot Chicken 4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (i threw them in frozen... even easier!) 1 bottle BBQ sauce (sweet baby ray's all the way!) 1/4 c vinegar 1 tsp. red pepper flakes 1/4 c brown sugar 1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder mix BBQ sauce with all ingredients listed under it. place chicken in crockpot. pour sauce over it and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours
SESAME CHICKEN: 1 cup soy sauce, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp sesame seeds. DIRECTIONS: 1. Put all ingredients in freezer bags 2. Toss and knead bag so chicken gets covered evenly in sauce 3. Flatten bag and freeze TO SERVE: Cook in crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve over rice.

Ingredients: 1/4 + 1/8 cup honey 3 tbsp soy sauce 6 cloves garlic, minced 6 pork loin chops, boneless, trimmed of excess fat, 4 oz each Directions: 1)In a shallow dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce and garlic. 2)Coat chops in mixture. 3)Place chops on greased grill over med high heat, close lid and cook. Reserve leftover marinade for basting.
Honey Sesame Chicken: To make sauce, mix 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1-2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, ¼ cup water in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer until sauce begins to thicken. Toss sauce with chicken pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
