peach oatmeal muffins--yummy and fairly healthy. we think they would be better with some peaches chopped and thrown in the batter as well--they were dense and hearty, and not as flavorful if you cut them in half the "right way" ;

Banana Almond Baked Oatmeal Cups (vegan, no refined sugar) Didn't have maple syrup, so I used honey and added a dash of cinnamon instead of vanilla extract. I also used natural peanut butter instead of almond butter.
Pinner says: Oatmeal Pumpkin Muffins - yum! I doubled the recipe and added chocolate chips. It made 36 regular muffins! So yummy and no sugar! Honey sweetens it well! Do yourself the favor, though, and add chocolate chips!
