Media Center Brochure for teachers to hand out at open house. Definitely want to make a brochure like this because open house is such a hectic time! Lots of great ideas for open house on this blog!

Cut a file folder into strips. The shorter the attention span, the smaller you will cut the strips. I cut this one into 3 parts. Students open 1 flap at a time and always begin at the top and work their way down. Students complete the work that they can see when a flap is open.

At the end of the school year each student picks his/her favorite book they've read that year. Then on a piece of card stock they draw an illustration and write a brief summary of their chosen book. Create a cute reading display with the card stock books and student pictures.

Folders for each day of the week. Wow what a way to stay organized!!

I love this idea.. Write lesson plans per month. Keep Lessons and Materials in Binders. Build on lessons from year to year.

Absent Student Folders, these are much better than the ones I used last year. U think I will make these and they will last year to year.

Great idea. Make first week of school and have hanging on classroom door for beginning of the year.
