I-Standard by Samy Rio

I-Standard is a minimal pendant created by Paris-based designer Samy Rio. These series of lamps are a study about how to combine LED light standard with bamboo poles that I want to consider as potential natural standard. The lightness of bamboo and low voltage of LED allows to work with a small power cable wich goes into a ropes that’s become the element allowing to move and direct the light.
