Bacon and cheese quiche. The original recipe is a bit too rich for my taste. Very cream heavy. Someone on Pinterest said to add more eggs, which I'll do next time. Used premade crust as well. Was super easy and quick to make, could work for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Chorizo Quiche 1/2 lb chorizo, cooked and crumbled 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 2 Tbsp green chilies (or more if you like) 3 eggs 1 cup heavy cream 3/4 cup milk 1/8 tsp cumin salt pepper Preheat oven to 375. Press chorizo, cheese and chili into bottom of pie crust. Beat the eggs, cream and milk, and seasonings in a mixing bowl until blended. Check seasonings. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until quiche has puffed and browned.
