SUFLÉ DE ABOBRINHA Ingredientes : - 2 colheres de sopa de azeite - 3 abobrinhas italiana ( 3 xícaras mais ou menos bem picadinha ) - quatro ovos - 1/2 xícara farinha de trigo - 1/4 xícara de creme de leite fresco - 150 g de queijo de minas ( eu não coloquei ) - 1/2 xícara de cebolinha bem picadinha modo de fazer: 1. Refogue no azeite as abobrinhas picadas e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto. ( al dente )
