9 oz Deli ham

chicken cordon bleu. I tried this tonight. Yum! I did it poor man style though with cheap lunch meat ham and Panko bread crumbs and made mini ones so I got twelve small ones instead of six large. Froze a bunch so I can just pop in the oven for dinner when I am lazy.

    i have the test kitchen huge cookbook with every recipe ever done.. theres 700+ recipes and it is fabulous.. if you are into cookbooks i totally recommend that one.
