John Fitzgerald Kennedy

John. Jr. with his daddy/ What did he just tell his daddy? Look at that expression on JFK's face.

Rose Marie "Rosemary" Kennedy (September 13, 1918 – January 7, 2005) was the third child and first daughter of Rose Elizabeth Kennedy née Fitzgerald and Joseph Patrick Kennedy, Sr., Considered psychologically unstable, she underwent a prefrontal lobotomy at age 23, which left her permanently incapacitated.

Rosemary KENNEDY

Pre-lobotomized Rosemary Kennedy. The family long maintained she was born mentally retarded, but others argue that she was not, and that her father had her lobotomized due to inappropriate behavior. Drs refused the operation, but Joseph found a willing doctor and she underwent the operation in 1941, while her mother was traveling abroad.

'Rosemary Kennedy. Her father, Joe Kennedy, did not like her 'uncontrollable' behavior. Likely, she was struggling with depression, but was bright and vibrant too. Joe Kennedy secretly authorized a lobotomy. It left her paralyzed, unable to function, barely able to talk, and with the mental capacity of a 2-year old. She was NEVER talked about again EVER by her family. She lived at St. Calletta in WI, unable to do anything for herself; finally she passed away in 2005 at 86.'

"I'll be a wife and mother first, then First Lady." -Jackie Kennedy

Robert F. Kennedy struggles to hold his nephew, John F. Kennedy, Jr., as he speaks with his brother Edward Kennedy. The entire Kennedy family was spending Easter in Stowe, Vermont (March 1964).

Bobby Kennedy (I believe this was from his 1st appearance since his brother, President Kennedy, was killed. He's at the 1964 Democrat Convention giving a speech, but had to wait due to the overwhelming applause he received when taking the stage. I've seen this in videos I have & it truly is an emotional thing to watch. I LOVE him.
