The best icing!! All you do is mix one vanilla pudding packet with half of the milk called for on the package. Whisk until it begins to thicken. Then fold in one container of Cool Whip....way less sugar too!!!!
Chocolate Salted Caramel Cupcakes (huge hit. The salted caramel is delcious on its own and really adds that something extra to the frosting. I did use a different caramel recipe because I have horrible luck with a dry caramel. Great cupcake. )
Mini Gingerbread Bundt Cakes Chad's Comments: These are frickin fantastic! I iced in two stages which I thought best. One, right after they came out of the oven... a very light glazing, and again when they cooled with a thicker icing. The icing on the recipe was too thin for my liking, thus the thicker glaze at the end.
