1 Garlic cloves
2 Heirloom tomatoes, large
1 bunch Kale
1 Lemon, small


2 1/2 tbsp Liquid smoke
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 cup Tahini
3 tbsp Tamari soy sauce, reduced sodium
1 tbsp White miso

Baking & Spices

1 dash Salt
1 Sea salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

3 cups Coconut flakes, large unsweetened

Bread & Baked Goods

2 cups Worth of whole grain bread


1/3 cup Water
