Swapped my eating habits with a few of these - i.e. the meatless day, eating more at home & completely dropping fast foods, etc..I dropped 5lb in 8 days (and I already ate fairly clean and exercised regularly, and am NOT overweight). Simply AMAZING what nutrition ("diet") does for your body. I'll say it 'till the day I die, abs are made in the kitchen!)

these aren't unhealthy ideas! these are great tips! however you don't have to go to bed hungry, a small snack (a yogurt, handful of almonds, something) if you need it is fine. not sleeping because you're hungry is not a good thing

Also, eat off of a salad plate, because your serving only needs to be as big as your fist. Eat small portions every 2 hours to keep your blood sugar stable.You need to work out for 40 mins. at least to lose weight (sweat). If you have a craving for something, only eat as much as you need to kill that craving. Plus don't consume sugar drinks.
