      Crispy Parmesan Zucchini Fries: 3 medium zucchini, sliced into skinny sticks, 2 large eggs, beaten, 3 heaping Tbsp flour, 1/2 cup panko, 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder, Salt and pepper to taste 1. Preheat oven to 425°. Spray a baking sheet 2. Dip the zucchini sticks into the flour, then egg, and then into the panko mixture. Make sure all sides get coated well. Place the sticks on the baking sheet. 4. Bake at 425° for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
