5 Min Icecream & Only 3 ingredients-1 (10 oz) pkg frozen sliced strawberries 1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup heavy cream-Directions Combine frozen strawberries & sugar in a food processor/blender. Process until fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately, or freeze for up to one week. OR for a healthier version replace heavy cream with greek yogurt & use honey instead of sugar, that will make it the best icecream ever.

No-Guilt Five Minute Ice Cream: I used 4 cups mixed frozen berries, 1 sliced frozen banana, 1/4 c. heavy cream, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. Stevia, ~1T. lemon juice, ~1 tsp. almond extract, and a pinch of salt. Pulse in food processor or blender until smooth. Served in espresso cups, this serves 12 @ 62 calories per serving. YUMMY! The whole batch was gone before it could hit the freezer!
