    Honey Infused Ginger Chicken: Marinate for 2-3 hrs: 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds), cubed in 1/4 cup lite soy, sauce or Gluten Free Tamari, 2 tsp. sesame seed oil, 2 tsp. fresh grated ginger, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 Tblsp. white balsamic. Strain chicken. Cook in med-hi pan w/ 1 Tblsp Olive Oil •1/2 tsp. black pepper •Kosher or sea salt to taste. Pour 1/4 cup raw honey over it. Toss to coat. Cook til done- brown and glazed. •1 Tblsp. Sesame seeds to garnish.
