Date and Cocoa Raw Truffles Vegan and gluten free...these look sooo good!

Date & Cocoa Raw Truffles 10-15 good quality soft dates 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1-2 tbsp of olive oil/coconut oil/rum/vanilla (optional) some unsweetened cocoa more to roll the truffles.

note: Chocolate truffles have to be one of the most divine treats of all!

Peanut Butter Banana Bites. These would be super easy to make, and pretty easy to serve raw, vegan, gf, df, whatever.

RAW COCOA BITES- 1 cup pitted dates, soaked for 10 minutes and drained 1/2 cup raw almonds 1/2 cup walnuts 1/4 cup dried unsweetened coconut 1/4 cup cocoa or cocao powder 1 tablespoon flax seed

Frozen banana bites. My spin on it: 2 Bananas cut into 1" bites, 1/3 c chocolate chips, 1/4 c peanut butter, sprinkles of coconut. Microwave choc. chip and peanut butter 1 mintute. Add bananas & stir until coated. Place bites on parchment paper. Spoon any remaining choc. mixture onto bites. Sprinkle with coconut. Freeze about an hour. Quick & tasty!

An easy dessert for people who like can tell yourself it's healthy because there's fruit in it, right?
