Day 4 Sometimes it is hard. Sometimes I am tired or it's late at night or I am just lazy and don't want to go out and sweat. But I set myself a goal. And I will keep my promise. And I will get dressed and at least go for a walk. And then run a little bit :D I have to give myself a CHANCE. And I can't let ANYTHING stop me!
