Now in its 40th year, the eccentric 52,000-square-foot Casa Bonita Mexican restaurant is a Colorado landmark exuding a glittering chaos made up of a Mexican village, cliff divers, rooms outfitted in Edwardian furnishings, stalagmites, bubbling mud pots, strolling guitarists, haunted caves, arcades and a jail cell with rubber bars.
