SASTOJCI ZA BISKVIT: 3 jogurta (3×180g) 300g pšeničnog glatkog brašna tip 550 250g šećera 120m lulja 25g kakaa 2 žličice sode bikarbone maslac za premazivanje lima SASTOJCI ZA GLAZURU: 150g maslaca 150g čokolade za kuhanje 120g šećera 120ml mlijeka PRIPREMA: Jogurt, brašno, šećer, ulje, kakao i sodu bikarbonu miješajte električnom miješalicom 2-3 minute.
Krempita - 2 sheets puff pastry, 6 1/3 C milk, 5 1/4 oz cornstarch, 1 oz vanilla sugar, 8 egg yolks, 7 oz sugar, 8 oz whipping cream. Prebake pastry. Mix egg yolks w/ sugar till frothy. Add one cup of milk & corn starch. Mix well. Bring remaining milk w/ vanilla sugar to boil. Once it comes to a boil, temper & slowly mix in the yolk mixture. Wisk for one minute. Cool completely. Add whip cream. Spread filling over cool puff in 9x13 pan & lay 2nd sheet on top. Chill 2+ hours. Dust w/ xxx sugar.
