pumpkin overnight oats- so rich & creamy, a perfect filling breakfast on hot days! I used 1% milk, honey instead of maple syrup, & flax/chia seed blend. I just topped mine with a handful of chopped walnuts as it was already very filling. Very flavorful with all the pumpkin spices!
