    How to remove set in oil stains

    Use dish-washing liquid and hydrogen peroxide to remove underarm stains from clothes.

    (great to remember for move-out or in) Place a dishwasher-safe cup filled with plain white vinegar on the top rack of the dishwasher. Using the hottest water available, run the dishwasher through a cycle. The vinegar will help to wash away the loose, greasy grime, sanitizes, and helps remove the musty odor. Next, sprinkle a cupful of baking soda around the bottom of the tub and run it through a short cycle. The baking soda will help freshen and removing stains.... good to do every 6 mths

    How to get your dirty whites clean again... HOT HOT HOT water, 1 cap of laundry detergent, 1 cup dish washer detergent, 1 cup bleach, 1/2 cup borax. Tell you what, you have to rewash it once to put softener in but it's the whitest you'll ever see your whites. If you omit the bleach it works great to get stains out of colors too (baby spit up is no longer a stain on OLD clothes)

    Need to remember this ... so many clothes I thought were ruined... Chalk will remove grease stains from clothes. Simply rub the stain with chalk, then toss in the wash as normal.

    Clean the toilet with coke to remove stains. Pour a can of coke in the toilet and leave sit over night(or at least one hour). The acids from the coke dissolve the stains.....I am trying this if it works I am no longer drinking soda!

    Turn whites back to white whites. It's a laundry miracle!

    On the Spot: Removing Yellow Underarm Stains

    Stain remover for baby / children clothes: Mix together 1 t Dawn (stick with the traditional blue Dawn), 4 T Hydrogen Peroxide, and 2 T Baking Soda. Mix it together, scrub on stain, let ir sit for 1 hour and wash like you usually do.
