Chili Dip: 8oz pkg cream cheese and i can of any chili. Heat over medium heat till melted and blended. If you wanna get fancier add 1 1/2 cups shredded mexican blend or cheddar cheese and your fav hot sauce to your liking, love Chipotle Tabasco!!
4 avocados 6 limes bunch of cilantro chopped Mix your avocados in your food processor till smooth, add the juice of the limes and a handful of cilantro, mix again. Add salt to taste. Sprinkle cilantro on top as well for garnish. Enjoy with chips. Top your fave mexican dishes with this instead of sour cream.
