    Homemade Granola - Just 5 ingredients | Adjusted recipe some - 4 c oats, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/2 c sunflower seeds, 1/2 c rough chopped sliced almonds, pinch of salt, 1 c unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/4 c honey, 1/4 c coconut oil, 2 tsp vanilla. Combined dry ingredients (except coconut flakes) in lrg bowl, and wet ingredients in small bowl, then tossed together. Spread on baking sheet & baked @ 350 for 30 mins, stirring every 5 mins. Next time I'll increase brown sugar & either decrease cooking time or oven temp.
