    I try my BEST to eat healthy and all I ever get is grief. All I hear is "you're skinny, eat shitty food". Sorry — I like eating healthy because I FEEL better. YES!!!! Keep it realistic too! If you are never going to eat carbs again, a no carb diet is perfect. If you do plan on having carbs again in your lifetime, try to control your carb portions! So simple!

So true! If you go back to your old eating habits after the weight is gone, it will come right back

When people ask me how I lost over 75 pounds I tell them I simply stopped eating a pound of cheese as a snack everyday, started moving ( I cauldron barley walk a 4th of a mile before and now I run 5 miles every morning) and learned how to eat healthy. No fancy or fad diet, just simple healthy eating that lead me to she'd those 75+ pounds and keep them off for 4 years now.
