Salsa Chicken. 6-8 chicken breasts, 2-15 oz. cans of black beans, 1 family size frozen bag of corn, 2 cans of diced tomatoes and green chilies, 1 jar of salsa, 1 packet of taco seasoning, 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Directions: Divide everything except cheese evenly into two bags. Cook on low in crock pot for 8 hours. Serve over rice or on corn tortillas with rice as a side.

Cook on low for 8 hours. this is what I should do with leftover ham!!!
Crockpot Freezer Cooking-did the Hawaiian chicken but haven't cooked it yet. I'll probably just do it as a stir fry with rice instead of sandwiches. Subbed the chicken broth for teriyaki sauce bc that's what we had, will add the pineapple and some garlic when I cook it. No sense taking up more freezer space when I have room in my pantry!
