Green smoothies. I have this daily for lunch w/ a few adjustments to original. One Serving: 1/2 c greek yogurt (FAGE 0%), 1 1/2 c fresh spinach or Kale, 1/2 c frozen berries or tropical fruit, 1/2 c water, 1 banana. Blend until smooth...the Ninja blender works wonders!

Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe: (This makes 1 serving) 1/2 c. apple or orange juice 1 c. of spinach 1 banana 1 c. frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries) Add juice and spinach to then blender and blend well. Add banana and frozen fruit and blend together. *You can add water to reach your desired consistency.
