    Blackberry Syrup ~ in large kettle, combine blackberries, white sugar, corn syrup, certo powder, lemon juice, water; stir until contents come to boil, turn to low and continue stirring, cook for one minute then remove from heat; pour berry mixture thru sieve to strain out the seeds and pulp; pour syrup into sterilized jars and seal OR store in refrigerator until serving time; enjoy
