Tomatillos Salsa Verde Ingredients: 1 pound tomatillos, husked 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 chili pepper, minced 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, or to taste 2 cups water

Made the frittata with cottage cheese instead and called it Princess Eggs; tried to get kiddo to find the treasures (pretty chard) in it. Didn't work--still didn't want to eat it. :)
