Peach Cobbler 2-28 oz. cans sliced peaches, drained 2 c. sugar 1 t. ground cinnamon 8 T. butter, melted & cooled 1 t. ground nutmeg 1/2 – 3/4 c. dark rum 1/4 c. reserved peach liquid 2 T. flour 4 T. ice water Mix together in a large bowl the peaches, sugar, butter, rum, peach liquid, cinnamon & nutmeg. In a small bowl whisk together flour & water. Stir into peach mixture. Top with 2nd crust and trim sides. Make several small vent slits on top crust. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
