Nieve de plátano súper nutritiva 5 platanos grandes 3 cucharadas de crema de cacahuate 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo  licuar los plátanos hasta obtener una pasta, añadimos la crema de cacahuate y la cocoa, integrar bien, si queda demasiado espesa agregamos un poquito de leche (solo poquito, pues la cremosidad de la consistencia nos va a ayudar a que no quede hecha hielo cuando se congele) Lo ponemos todo en un recipiente hermético y lo llevamos al congelador, mínimo 2 horas, ideal 1dia.
