To make the whipped cream, you’ll need: -1 scoop Tropical Shakeology -1 refrigerated(to separate) can of coconut milk(not light -1 refrigerated box of Healthy Top vegan, non-soy whipping cream -2 oz raw coconut water -2 TB raw agave nectar -1 TB alcohol-free natural vanilla -1 TB raw, organic palm sugar, powdered in blender beforehand
For the smoothie: 1/2 scoop Tropical Shakeology 4 oz raw coconut water 1 cup watermelon chunks 1 medium organic cucumber, peeled 1 tsp agave nectar juice of one lime 1 tsp pure rum extract 1 cup ice Blend all ingredients on high & serve in a tall glass. Top with vegan whipped cream(recipe below)
Chocolate Shakeology Butterfinger Blizzard Recipe: 1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter, 1 tbsp Butterscotch jello powder. Lots of ice. Blend until smooth. Recipe provided by Sommer Tucker.
