Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles - probably my fav dessert ever! I make mine with a couple of modifications - almond milk instead of soy, white sugar only & a sprinkle of sea salt on top of the chocolate coating!
This lemon and cream cheese version drizzled with a powdered sugar glaze proves it. Expert tip: To really change up the flavor, omit lemon curd, and sprinkle cream cheese with mini chocolate chips. You can leave them unglazed if you like.
Red velvet cookies with a cheesecake center. Beware of the red velvet cake- it broke my mixer because it is so hard. I made them with and without the cheesecake center, and they were a hit all around. The cheesecake center is a pain, though.
