Fiesta Ranch dip. 1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dip, 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid), 16 oz sour cream, and 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Goes great with chips or veggies.
Warm & Cheesy Crack Dip 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 (1oz) package Ranch dressing mix 1 (3oz) container prepared bacon bits 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 16 oz sour cream Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Transfer to 2-quart baking dish; cover. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.
Baked BLT Dip - 1 pound bacon, cooked, 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream, 8 oz cream cheese, soft, 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, 1 tomato chopped, 1/4 cup chopped green onions Additional green onions, cooked bacon, tomato, and lettuce for garnish. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese in bowl until thoroughly combined. Crumble bacon into mixture and stir. Add cheddar cheese, green onions tomato and mix well. Pour into a shallow dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes then garnish.
Skinny Poolside Dip- 1 red pepper, 2 jalapenos (unseeded), 1 can of corn, 1/2 can diced olives,(celery) 16 oz cream cheese (softened), and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix. Mix ingredients together. Serve with crackers or raw veggies
