AGUA DE HORCHATA/ .Remoja en un recipiente 250 gramos de arroz durante al menos 15 minutos. Corta en pedazos pequeños 3 varas de canela y remójalas al menos 15 minutos en otro recipiente. Escurre el agua y pon en la licuadora el arroz y la canela junto con 2 litros de agua. Licua.
