How to pack a smoothie for lunch or for work
The night before, simply place the thermos cup in the freezer. In the morning, when you make the smoothie, remove the thermos from the freezer and fill with your delicious smoothie. Next pack with your kid’s lunch. The chilled thermos will do it’s job keeping your favorite smoothie creation cold until lunch time. Don’t have any smoothie recipes to try out? DIY Smoothie Packets; freeze yogurt ahead of time in ice-cube trays or muffin tins. Add frozen yogurt to ziploc baggies with your favorite fruit; freeze packets until you're ready for a smoothie and then just blend contents of a smoothie packet with water, juice or milk for a yummy smoothie.
