Fabric Canopy This extravagant fabric canopy in Clare Pernice's master bedroom was made with about 18 yards of fabric and was not much trickier than a set of custom drapes. Yet the visual impact of the sweeping layers of creamy cotton is grand, to say the least.
The finishes on the painted bedside tables and rough-hewn bench are in perfect juxtaposition with the more refined textures of the iron bed and crisp linens. Soft, sophisticated color was added to the room by mixing in plush throw pillows, a soft coverlet and a Madeline Weinrib rug. All furnishings, Bungalow Classic.
